Dr Johanna Budwig recommends regular, gentle exercise. She specifically recommends a gentle walk or two every day, in the open air, taking advantage of fresh air and sunshine when possible. Even overcast days expose you to sunlight which has important health benefits throughout the body.
Gentle household chores are also recommended as good exercise. 🙂
Dr Budwig excludes yoga, so Pilates and vigorous sessions at the gym are out too!
